Goals: Learning to LEAD Together (LEAD) brings together a small group of diverse, mission-driven leaders who want to reimagine what is possible for themselves and their careers. Facilitated by Marissa Lifshen Steinberger, Founder of One Eleven Leadership, this cohort-based virtual program combines the benefits of one-on-one coaching, professional development workshops, and team-building experiences to support participants in a powerful way. The focus of this program is not on the technical elements of participants’ jobs, but on cultivating the self-awareness, interpersonal communication skills, and emotional intelligence required for intentional, effective, and adaptive leadership in today’s ever-changing landscape. The tools and frameworks shared in each session aim to be both accessible and transformative, while the community participants build together becomes a nurturing place to share successes and challenges long after the program ends.
